When i start the car and give it gas in neutral i can barely hear a clicking, (almost rattling noise, but it is a click) noise. Put the car in 1st gear, give it gas, still there. Gets faster the more i press on the gas pedal. Thought maybe i had a leak in the bung from dynoing. Took it to the shop to see and they said they think it's the driveshaft. Not satisfied with that i took it to a friends and put it on a lift. Gave it gas while in the air and my friend stood under the car to find it. Took the rubber gromet out by the slave cylinder and it was coming from up in there somewhere. Possible clutch noise. He seems to think it's a spring on the disc or plate that popped loose. So, i call Ben @ JWT to talk to him about it since the clutch is less then 2 years old. He tells me since the noise is coming after the clutch pedal is released it's more than likely a tranny problem. So i have 3 opinions so far. Anyone have an idea which of the 3 it may be from what i'm describing? The car goes into gear fine and seems to be running perfectly.
